2. Hosting and access logs
This site is hosted by ALL-INKL in Germany. Technical access information (such as IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser information) may be processed for secure operation and troubleshooting. Legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention depends on the hosting configuration.
3. Free Amazon file preflight
When you upload an XLSX or XLSM file, it is processed on the server solely to generate the requested analysis. The uploaded file is temporarily saved and deleted automatically after processing, including when an analysis error occurs. Please do not upload unnecessary personal data. Legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the analysis is requested as a service, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries and operation.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The file checker uses a technically necessary PHP session for request protection. The website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. The dismissal of the cookie notice may be stored locally in the browser.
5. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we process your contact details and message to respond. Legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on the purpose.
6. Your rights
Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority.
7. Data security and updates
We use reasonable technical safeguards. This information may be updated when services or legal requirements change.
