1. Provider and scope
Provider: WDEDATA Datentechnik – Andreas Kaslowski, Bleibergweg 33, 40885 Ratingen, Germany. These terms apply to individually agreed services for preparing Amazon product data and, if expressly agreed, licensing WDEPOS software. Services are offered to business customers as defined in Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
2. Services
The individual quotation determines the scope. WDEPOS analyzes supplied Amazon files, prepares data for JTL-Ameise and may create a local product structure. Generating new Amazon flat files is planned and is included only if expressly agreed.
3. Customer cooperation
The customer provides lawfully usable, current and complete source data, verifies their contents, ensures necessary rights to texts, images and trademarks, and creates suitable backups before importing or synchronizing.
4. Quality and limitations
Automated preflight results are indicative and do not replace expert verification. Missing, outdated or contradictory source data may prevent complete reconstruction. A perfect or error-free copy of the Amazon catalog is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
5. JTL import and synchronization
WDEPOS does not access the JTL-Wawi database directly. Data is imported using JTL-Ameise. The customer or appointed service provider must review import mappings, settings and data before production use. Later Amazon synchronization requires explicit review and is not automatically included.
6. Fees and deadlines
Prices, payment terms, delivery dates, acceptance and software licensing are governed by the individual quotation. A free online preflight does not create an entitlement to a paid service.
7. Rights and confidentiality
Rights to customer-supplied content remain with the respective rights holders. Both parties treat non-public product and business data confidentially. Any software usage rights are governed by the quotation.
8. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. Any limitation requires a separate legally reviewed agreement. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
9. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. The parties will assess whether a data processing agreement is required before processing personal data on behalf of the customer.
10. Final provisions
Supplementary agreements are documented in text form. German law applies to the extent permitted by law; mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected.
